Individual Visits

    COVID-19 changes

Read more below about the ways in which you can experience Bethel virtually. We are able to accommodate on-campus visits with the following precautions:
    • we'll only schedule one family per tour and meeting
    • visitors wear masks (or other face covering) while on campus
    • social distancing is maintained when possible
    • certain offerings to prospective families are temporarily suspending (including lunch on campus)
We are fortunate to be a small school located in a rural area, but this does not make us immune to the effects of the virus. It takes the attention of everyone in our community to keep one another safe. We appreciate your help in this mission.

    Remote campus tour video

Our newly-produced campus tour video gives you a virtual tour of the scenes, buildings and stories of campus. Your guide is Nate Kroeker '19, admissions counselor.

    What to Expect

We have 2 visit options for you in these difficult times:

    1. A remote campus visit. Your visit will be built around your interests. We recommend Google Hangouts Meet videoconferences as a way to meet our faculty and staff, but you can also select to have Bethel faculty and staff simply call you on the phone.

You'll have the option to meet with our financial aid staff, admissions staff, faculty, coach, music instructor, director of career services and student life staff. Your visit will includes as many or as few elements as you choose.

*Remote visits scheduled to occur after May 17 may not include a faculty meeting, because faculty availability is limited over the summer.*

    2. An on-campus visit. We have select dates and times available each week for you and your family to tour campus with an admissions staff member. For your safety, you will be the only group touring with your guide. Tours will last approximately 45 minutes.

    How to Schedule

Use the calendar to select any available (green) date. In order to provide you with the best campus visit experience, certain dates may fill up and become unavailable, and visit requests always require a couple days notice to be scheduled.
